An unboxing video is mandatory for all damaged, defective, or DOA (Dead on Arrival) claims.
For approved claims, we arrange pickup from your address.
One-side courier charges (Rs. 200) are borne by the customer; the return side is covered by us.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the 4% government tax is non-refundable.
Please retain the original packaging, box, and all accessories for any return or replacement request.
All replacements are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.
If the returned product does not match the condition shown in the unboxing video, the claim will be rejected and the item will be sent back to the customer.
Refunds are processed within 15 working days after successful inspection of the returned item.
