Refund & Return Policy 

  • We offer a 30-days return or replacement policy from the date of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all damaged, defective, or DOA (Dead on Arrival) claims.

  • For approved claims, we arrange pickup from your address.

  • One-side courier charges (Rs. 200) are borne by the customer; the return side is covered by us.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the 4% government tax is non-refundable.

  • Please retain the original packaging, box, and all accessories for any return or replacement request.

  • All replacements are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.

  • If the returned product does not match the condition shown in the unboxing video, the claim will be rejected and the item will be sent back to the customer.

  • Refunds are processed within 15 working days after successful inspection of the returned item.
